Jocelyn and Erin offer Birthing from Within prenatal classes that combine practical information with soulful preparation for labour, birth, and the early weeks postpartum. At the end of these classes, you will have found both a rational and intuitive answer to the question:

“What do I need to know to give birth?”

Our classes help you to birth in awareness through thought-provoking exercises, powerful dialogue, pain coping practices, and lots of practical information.
